Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Design and follow complete lesson plans that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional growth using varied instructional methods like songs, stories, and games.
Classroom Management: Establish a structured, positive learning environment promoting cooperation, safety, and behavior self-regulation.
Student Assessment: Observe and assess students through informal and formal tools to track their progress and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
