Job Description
Intex Ethiopia is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Promoters. This role is focused on promoting Intex products directly to retailers, building strong relationships, and supporting our distributors by increasing sales in the retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops regularly to promote Intex products.
Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and staff.
Increase product visibility by ensuring proper display of Intex products in shops.
Share product information, promotional offers, and new launches with retailers.
Collect feedback from retailers about product demand and market trends.
Support distributors by encouraging retailers to increase their orders.
Report daily/weekly activities, including shop visits and sales achieved.
Assist in executing small-scale promotional activities (banners, posters, product demos).
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).
Some experience in sales, marketing, or door-to-door promotion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
