We are seeking highly qualified and visionary Division Directors to provide academic and administrative leadership in designated school divisions (KG, Primary, or Secondary). Division Directors will work closely with the School Director and Vice Director to ensure the smooth operation of their respective divisions, while upholding the school’s mission and fostering academic excellence. This role requires extensive private school leadership experience, strong management skills, and a commitment to student success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate academic and administrative activities within the assigned division.

• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum, school policies, and regulations.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of teachers and staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for teachers.

• Oversee student discipline, well-being, and academic progress within the division.

• Collaborate with parents, staff, and management to support student achievement.

• Manage division resources, budgets, and facilities efficiently.

• Contribute to school-wide planning, strategic initiatives, and quality improvement programs.

• Serve as a representative of the division in school leadership meetings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) OR Master’s degree in Education, Educational Planning & Management (EDPM), or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in school management/leadership within a private school.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage staff, and oversee academic operations.
