Project Sales Representative
Company: ROMEL Holding
Reports To: Project Sales Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable
Own and grow project-based sales across private and public sectors—build pipelines with developers, contractors, and influencers; manage full cycle from lead to close and after-sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with project owners, developers, contractors, influencers, and government/private clients.
Identify opportunities; generate leads via networking and research.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database; register new/existing clients.
Build daily/weekly/quarterly/annual plans; manage the pipeline to close.
Provide after-sales support and site visits for feedback and retention.
Promote and sell: needs assessment, tailored solutions, proposals, negotiations.
Process orders accurately; ensure timely delivery.
Handle BID docs, prepare PIs, secure payments, and facilitate delivery.
Visit sites to gather BOQs; run demos/presentations as needed.
Track performance, analyze data, and report insights; align with Marketing.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Sales or related.
Proven B2B sales experience (industry experience preferred).
Valid Driver’s License (Grade 1).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-centric problem solver; works well solo and in teams.
Results- and KPI-driven.
