Role Overview

Lead integrated marketing to grow brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Work tightly with Product to align designs and offerings with market trends and competitor moves.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing strategy aligned to sales and business goals; lead brand repositioning where needed.

• Run integrated campaigns (digital, social, email, traditional); emphasize content marketing and targeted ads to open new markets.

• Conduct weekly market/competitor analysis; feed insights to Product and leadership.

• Partner with Product (CEO, CMO, Production, Sales, Commercial) to ensure colors/designs/mixes match market demand.

• Lead creation of digital/hard-copy catalogues with specs for project sales.

• Organize product documentation, certifications, and testimonials (esp. for large projects).

• Explore diversification (sub-brands, extensions, new brands, conversion/contract manufacturing).

• Manage budget; allocate for ROI; report on campaign and brand metrics.

• Coordinate trade shows; run targeted promotions (e.g., BOGO, discounts) with Sales.

• Lead, mentor, and recruit the marketing team—upskill in digital and analytics.

• Co-own annual sales forecast achievement with Sales.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s and/or Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).

• 10+ years in marketing; 5+ years in management.

• Proven success across digital/social/content/traditional media, including brand repositioning and launches.

• Strong analytics-to-strategy skills; excellent cross-functional communication.

• Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM).

• Creative problem solver; handles multiple deadlines in fast-paced settings.
