Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, work together efficiently to provide excellent service.
Responsible for hiring, training, and managing hotel staff.
Ensuring guest satisfaction is a top priority. Hotel managers greet guests, address complaints, and strive to enhance the overall guest experience. They may also handle special requests and ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued.
Hotel managers are tasked with managing budgets, controlling expenditures, and optimizing revenue. They analyze financial reports, set sales targets, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
They often oversee marketing efforts to promote the hotel, including managing online presence, special promotions, and partnerships with travel agencies to attract guests.
Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel, ensuring that all areas meet guest expectations.
