A Quantity Surveyor (QS) is a construction industry professional responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual, financial, and procurement side of construction projects. Their primary goal is to ensure that a project is completed within budget and delivers value for money

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
Monitor and report project costs and progress against budget.
Handle variations, claims, and contract administration.
Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify

Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study out of which 2 years are in a senior role
Experience: 2-5 years
