We are looking for a qualified candidate for the following position.
Job Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Tourism Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Director.
Excellent knowledge of food & beverage technical & practical skills accompanied by great customer service orientation, highly sensitive to cost, able to work under pressure with multiple tasks & workload, and acquired excellent leadership skills
Highly cost-sensitive, able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and workloads.
Excellent leadership skills.
Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Opera and Micros systems.
Highly motivated and passionate about the role.
