Job Requirements

  • Having a Diploma in Food Preparation or a Level IV program in Food Production supervision

  • Having three years or above of hotel experience in a 5-star international/brand hotel.

  • Good communication skills in both Amharic and English language 

  • Able to work as a team and on a Flexible schedule 

  • Good understanding of food cost and able to design a menu

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential

  • Required No: 1
