Job Description
Position Title: Waiter/Waitress
Job Requirements
BA degree or Diploma or Certificate in Hotel management, Hotel Operations, or F&B Service with good communication skills
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
Flexibility to work in shifts
Proficiency in Computer applications and Micros hotel software
Strong human relations /interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of English and the Amharic language
Certificate of Competency (COC) is an advantage where relevant.
