Duties and Responsibilities

• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.

• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

•  Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.

• Provides customers with quotations

• Negotiates the terms of an agreement and close sales

• Gathers market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends

• Represents  the Company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

• Identifies new markets and business opportunities

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Electro Mechanical engineering or other related  field 

• Minimum of 3 years and above experience in Sales 

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customer.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent customer handing skill.

• Attention to detail.

• Good Computer Skill
