Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the café

• Manage and motivate a small team

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and food quality

• Handle staff scheduling, stock control, and ordering supplies

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly

Job Requirements:

• Education: Educational background in a related field of study

• Experience: 0-2 years
