Job Description
A senior executive responsible for managing IT and computer systems to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Define and drive the technology roadmap
Manage IT budgets and resource allocation
Oversee technology infrastructure, hardware, software, and data management
Lead digital transformation initiatives
Ensure cybersecurity and manage IT risks
Collaborate with other C-level executives
Collaborate and negotiate with partners and financial institutions on technical engagements
Stay updated on emerging technologies
Initiate innovative ideas and partnerships and approve with the C-level team
Required Skills & Experience
Strategic and business-focused mindset
Leadership and team management
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with IT budgeting and operations
Knowledge of current financial technology trends and experience in Banks, Fintech companies at a higher level with Proven track record that are under Payment instrument issuer, payment aggregator, fintech solutions.
High capacity to work under pressure
Excellent capacity to lead teams and deliver a product within short time span with precise quality
If there is a chance that you had run a superapp platform is a plus
