Job Description
A strategic technology leader responsible for the technical vision, architecture, and development of a banking technology.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle
Define and drive the technology roadmap in collaboration with the CIO
Build and manage a high-performing technical team in collaboration with the CIO
Ensure code quality, security, and operational excellence
Evaluate technical documents of partners product and have a high skill of integration of the products
Implement DevOps practices and manage cloud infrastructure
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
Lead UI, UX, programming Teams of the microfinance
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in mobile app development (preferably super apps)
Proficiency in technologies like Flutter, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
