Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and analytical Graphic Design & Data Visualization Specialist to join our Communications team. This role is essential in transforming complex technical content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling materials. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong command of design tools and data interpretation, and an interest in fintech, agriculture, and AI-driven innovation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Content Creation

• Develop high-quality graphics, infographics, reports, presentations, and digital content in line with Kifiya’s brand identity.

• Collaborate with communications, research, and technical teams to distill complex ideas into accessible visual formats.

Data Visualization & Interpretation

• Create intuitive, evidence-based visualizations that communicate insights, trends, and impact across Kifiya’s business areas.

• Work closely with data analysts and subject matter experts to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Brand & Visual Standards

• Uphold consistent visual standards across all internal and external materials.

• Contribute to the evolution of Kifiya’s visual language and brand toolkit.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Support product launches, campaigns, reports, and proposals with compelling design and data storytelling.

• Coordinate with teams across product, marketing, business development, and research.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Data Visualization, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and data visualization—preferably in a tech, fintech, or communications environment.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.

• Strong grasp of design principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.

• Proven ability to interpret data and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high design standards.
