Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare payments for site when requested in written form.
Following all suspense accounts (Receivables and Payables) and taking appropriate action on time
Prepare payment clearance by receiving invoice and all required documents for goods and services purchased as site.
Scanning all documents and forwarding through mail to main account every Friday and delivering hard copy of the document every month.
Collecting different bank advice and monthly bank statements and delivering to main account
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
Work Experience:
Three to five years of accounting experience required.
