Job Description
The Secretary will handle administrative tasks, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle inbound calls and emails professionally.
Prepare and manage letters, reports, and other documents.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Enter data and maintain databases.
Ensure smooth office operations and coordinate information flow.
Act as the main point of contact for general office concerns.
Check office supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist with printing, copying, and scanning documents.
Communicate internal guidelines and best practices.
Qualification and Experience
Educational Background: B.A in secretarial science & Office management, administrative service management or any related field
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
