With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, we are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our factories.
Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of production, operations, sales, and administration of the woven PP bags manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality control, and business growth while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing firms, preferably in woven PP bags, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of extrusion, weaving, printing, and bag-making processes
Proven track record in operations management, P&L responsibility, and business development
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies
