Job Description

A general manager position at stride properties typically involves overseeing all aspects of property operations, including financial performance talent relation, and property maintenance. The general manager is responsible for leading teams, developing and implementing strategies, and insuring properties are well-maintained and profitable. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property management oversight: Supervise property managers, ensuring efficient operations, lease negotiations, maintenance and talent relations. 

Financial Management: 

  • Manage property budgets, track income and expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with established goals. 

Compliance:

  • Ensure properties comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including safety, zoning and environmental standards. 

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, enhance value, and achieve organizational goals. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:-

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in management or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong financial management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
