Job Description
Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary processes
Oversee performance appraisal systems and staff development initiatives
Ensure accurate and up to date employee records
Coordinate health and safety practices and workplace wellness programs.
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
