Job Description
We are seeking a trustworthy, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a position as inventory manager and managerial Assistant. The ideal candidate will be flexible and capable of handling both internal operations and external office-related tasks.
Storekeeping Duties:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
Organize and maintain proper storage and inventory tracking.
Issue materials based on requests and maintain accurate stock records.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement coordination.
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the store area.
Managerial & Administrative Duties:
Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Draft and manage reports, memos, letters, and schedules.
Organize office files, follow up on tasks, and coordinate with different departments.
Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and managing office communications.
Handle external office-related activities such as delivering/collecting documents, processing office-related requests outside the office, or visiting suppliers/partners when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5years of relevant work experience.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; knowledge of inventory software is a plus).
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willingness and ability to handle out-of-office tasks when needed.
