Job Description
The Finance Head is responsible for managing all financial operations, including budgeting, tax compliance, reporting, and financial planning. The role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the accounting team and ensure the company’s financial sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
Experience: 4+ years, including at least 2 years in a management position
Education: BA or MA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial policies, taxation, and internal controls
Proficiency in Peachtree, Excel, and financial reporting tools
Experience preparing audit reports and budget forecasts
Analytical thinking with leadership and mentoring abilities
Additional: IFRS knowledge and audit experience preferred
