Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on ERP Functional and IT Support to join our team. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring smooth use of devices, ERP systems (particularly Odoo), and internal networks. The ideal candidate will also actively contribute to business intelligence efforts through data analysis and report development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide responsive technical support to employees across departments regarding device usage, software, ERP (Odoo), Call Center(Asterisk), functionalities, and general IT issues.
Actively engage in business intelligence tasks such as creating reports, analyzing data, and solving data-related challenges across departments.
Support and train Odoo users; identify user challenges and bridge communication between business needs and the software development team.
Maintain and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, routers, printers, and user devices and their softwares
Collaborate with the software development team to convey operational requirements, test features, and ensure effective implementation of tech solutions.
Create system documentation and training resources (written/video) to support staff understanding and onboarding.
Assist with IT procurement decisions and liaise with external IT vendors and consultants when necessary.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Work experience of 3 or more years with a similar set of responsibilities.
Solid understanding of ERP(Recommended Odoo), business operations, and workflows.
Prior experience or strong interest in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and network management.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical staff.
Strong problem-solving skills, energy, and a proactive approach to learning and discovery.
Patience, discipline, and professionalism when dealing with team members.
Proficiency in English.
