Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor
Position Overview
The employee is responsible for ingredient quality control, online quality control.
Establish, maintain, implement, and improve the quality and food safety system with QA.
Oversee raw material and packaging material quality and food safety management.
Facilitate and participate in supplier audits, evaluation, and qualification, Monitor supplier quality and food safety performance.
Work with R&D and Purchasing department to improve quality and food safety of raw and packaging material.
Distribute the requirement of local laws and regulations, system standard, the company’s and customers to onsite management, to lead online QC team to monitor the quality of semi-product and finish product, and handle quality accident.
Work with related departments to take root cause analysis and define corrective & preventive actions for customer complaints and non-conformity products, and follow up the efficiency of the CAPA, to reduce the risk of non-conformity.
Be responsible for product quality analysis, write quality report
Calibrate measuring equipment as in master list.
-Report on measuring equipment and submit error report
Follow standard operating procedures for monitoring quality on the production lines
Participate in quality improvement projects
Participate in root cause analyses to resolve quality issues.
Ensure all lab equipment is cleaned after use.
Monitor GMP on production lines and surrounding environment
Monitor good personnel practice standards are followed by each production employee.
Maintain 5S standards in lab and production line.
Keep records of Quality control tests, calibrations and isolations- Co-ordinate corrective actions
Perform other assignment from the immediate supervisor.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar quality control role.
Industry Skills: Prior experience in baking or bakery production is highly valued.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a supportive, coaching-oriented approach
Personal Attributes: Team-oriented, trustworthy, service-minded, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
