Job Description
This senior role is responsible for overseeing all engineering disciplines within the company. The Technical Head Engineer will ensure the quality and technical compliance of all designs and implementations, review BOQs, coordinate site teams, and liaise with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Job Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in construction project engineering and team supervision
Education: BSc or MSc in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
Skills:
Strong leadership and cross-discipline coordination
Proficient in AutoCAD, BOQ review, and construction documentation
Solid understanding of local building codes and standards
Effective communication and decision-making skills
Ability to manage timelines and resolve on-site technical issues
