Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Marketing Manager on behalf of a private company. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the Company’s business objectives. This role involves managing all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, branding, product promotion, market research, advertising, and public relations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the trade to ensure availability. visibility and merchandising as per the company's standard
Manage the daily, weekly and monthly primary sales and marketing activity report.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
Lead and mentor the marketing team, focusing on performance enhancement and professional development.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
Engage directly with key clients to ensure their needs are met and to maintain strong, professional relationships.
Conduct and analyze market research to guide strategic decisions.
Integrate emerging trends and technologies in marketing. Especially digital marketing, into the department's operations.
Manage the company's brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Establish performance metrics for marketing campaigns and monitor their ROI.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools.
FMCG experience is a must
