Job Description

The  Brand Manager is responsible for  the development and execution of the annual brand plan for Feta brand. This includes creative campaigns, promotional programs, visibility strategies, media plans, and sponsorship activities. The role focuses on implementing brand initiatives while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

2.1 Major Requirements of the Job

  • Understand fundamental marketing concepts, including marketing mix, brand positioning, brand equity, and brand communication.

  • Gain exposure to sales, market research, promotions, and advertising.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

  • Managing brand-related projects and cross-functional coordination.

2.2 Brand Building

  • Development of the Brand Strategy, under the supervision of the Category Manager and Marketing Manager.

  • Implementation of Annual Brand Plans, ensuring execution in line with brand objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights for brand-building activities.

  • Track and report on brand performance, gathering insights for future improvements.

2.3 Advertising & Communication

  • Advertising development process, including creative brief development and campaign execution under the supervision of the Brand Manager.

  • Development of media strategies, integrating insights on consumer media habits.

  • Coordinate with advertising agencies to support the execution of campaigns and content development.

  • Evaluation of advertising effectiveness, including pre- and post-assessments.

  • Monitor brand communication on digital platforms, ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol communication guidelines.

2.4 Sponsorship & Promotions

  • Executing sponsorship strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

  • Coordination of sponsorship investments and activities in collaboration with the event department.

  • Evaluating sponsorship effectiveness and identifying new sponsorship opportunities.

  • Developing promotional strategies and tracking execution in collaboration with the trade marketing team.

2.5 Visibility & Merchandising

  • Developing visibility strategies & design for the brand in key channels.

  • Work with the trade marketing department to support the execution of point-of-sale materials (POSM).

  • Monitor and assess the impact of visibility activities, providing recommendations for optimization.

2.6 Profitability & Budget Management

  • Budget tracking and cost-effectiveness analysis for brand activities.

  • Ensure timely updates on budget utilization and assist in corrective measures where necessary
