Bachelor's Degree in Project Management and General Services Management, Accounting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which three years of which must be in senior project management roles that included direct supervision of project teams.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide overall technical guidance and leadership, mentoring, quality control and coordination to strengthen program outcomes.  - Monitor adherence to the award agreement, ensure that program implementation is responsive to communities and Ethiopia policies/priorities, and is consistent with Mercy Corps’ relevant program guidelines, principles, value and quality standards. - In coordination with the country Monitoring and Evaluation department, monitor the implementation of activities through regular field visits and assessments to ensure program quality and impact.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years of which must be in senior project management roles that included direct supervision of project teams.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead development of a vision and strategy for the FFPr project shared with the staff, consortium, and key stakeholders.  - Recognize opportunities for innovative action and create an environment where alternative viewpoints are welcomed.  - Set direction by prioritizing and organizing actions and resources to achieve objectives. 

Master's Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Observe and analyze the economic, political and other relevant developments in the sector and explore potential future areas of intervention; - Establish close and reliable working relationships with relevant counterparts in the Ethiopian Government as well as German and international development partners; - Support Ethiopian partner institutions in implementing the projects, including financial monitoring;

Master's Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide strong strategic leadership to the country team promoting a management culture that is supportive, empowering and collaborative. - Lead, manage and motivate a team, creating an environment that enables staff to maximise their potential and facilitates high performing teams; ensure that the Senior Management Team is effective in promoting effective internal collaboration and joined-up working. - Develop and deliver the Country Strategy in line with WaterAid's Global Strategy. - Actively facilitate relationships between sector stakeholders (actors) to support the development of the sector.

Master's Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage, support and contribute to the identification, formulation and appraisal of new programs in the areas of inclusive economic growth. - Manage, support and follow-up on program implementation including compliance with financial, program and reporting requirements. - Manage and follow-up contributions including on-site follow-up visits to partner activities throughout the country with a specific focus on inclusive economic growth
