Job Description
Position Title: Finance Manager for a for profit company located at Sami Building , Gerji Reports To: Managing Director, Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager with a strong academic background in Accounting and Finance (Master’s level) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, particularly within for-profit organizations. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on expertise in grant accounting and compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage grant accounting processes, including donor reporting, fund tracking, and compliance with grant conditions.
Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Supervise finance team members and support their professional development.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong track record in for-profit organizations.
Proven experience in managing grants and donor-funded projects.
Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
