About the Project: 
LionHeart Academy is seeking a talented and self-motivated marketing expert to design and execute a high-impact advertising strategy aimed at increasing student enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year. This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on performance and results. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and advertising strategy to promote the school and drive enrollment for the 2025/2026 school year. 

• Create and manage targeted campaigns across digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) and traditional media (print, radio, etc.). 

• Produce engaging content, including ads, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials. 

• Collaborate with the school team to highlight unique selling points, programs, and achievements. 

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize reach and conversion. 

• Build relationships with local media outlets, community organizations, and other relevant partners. 

• Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress and results. 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, advertising, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. 

• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing. 

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content. 

• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

• Experience in the education sector or working with schools is a plus but not required. 

Payment Structure: 

• The position offers a base salary plus commission, with additional compensation tied to the number of new student enrollments generated through marketing efforts and campaign performance. 

• Specific payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
