Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing of office documents and records.

  • Provide administrative assistance to HR and other office staff on day-to-day tasks.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments for the HR department.

  • Assist in arranging internal office meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes when necessary.

  • Purchase small office supplies and items from nearby shops as per office needs.

  • Manage and organize both physical and digital filing systems.

  • Receive and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries.

  • Prepare letters, memos, and simple reports as assigned.

  • Handle phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.

  • Monitor office supplies inventory and report when replenishment is required.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of office common areas in coordination with cleaning staff.

  • Support the coordination of travel bookings and accommodations for office staff when needed.

  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the HR/Admin Officer or management.

Job Requirements

  • Female candidates only.

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related fields.

  • Experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English clearly.

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
