Job Description
Assist the manger to take care of the daily operation of the showroom;
Organize and maintain sales contracts, vehicle records, customer files and other documentations;
Manage daily paper work (e.g. quotations, purchase orders, stock status, sales data etc.);
Assist with internal processes (expense reports, procurement requests, office supplies);
Prepare sales performance reports (weekly/monthly summaries);
Answer phone calls, record potential inquiries;
Record staff attendance, schedule meetings, and take minutes;
Ensure promotional materials (brochures, posters) are well-stocked and displayed;
Salary Level: 60000-70000 BIRR / month
Requirements:
Fluent English and Chinese language;
Can understand the English and Chinese documents;
Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);
Accurate data entry and documentation;
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Good at communication and be professional and courteous with clients and team members;
