ኮሌጅ 12+2 ወይም ከቴክኒክና ሙያ 10+3(ሌቭል 4)፣ ዲፕሎማ በኤሌክትሪሲቲ ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት ዘርፍ የተመረቀ/ች በሙያው 2 አመት የስራ ልምድ ያለው
ከቴክኒክና ሙያ 10+2 ወይም ሌቭል 3፣ ሰርተፊኬት በኤሌክትሪሽያን ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት ዘርፍ የተመረቀ/ች በሙያው 4 አመት የስራ ልምድ ያለው
የኤሌክትሪክ መጠባበቂያ ጀነሬተር እውቀት ያለው
