Job Title: Division Manager - Local Procurement

No of Candidates: 1

Workplace: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Terms of employment: Permanent

Salary: According to company's Scale

Reports to: Director, Procurement Department

Duties and Responsibilties:

• Oversee local procurement operations for raw materials, consumables and services

• Ensure vendor performance, cost efficiency and timely delivery to support plant operations

• Manage supplier evaluation, contract negotiations and compliance with company policies

• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Business Management or in a related field of study

• A postgraduate degree is an added advantage

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 years must be at a managerial level in local procurement

• In-depth knowledge of the local market, procurement procedures, and supplier networks

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams

• Expereince with procurement software and ERP Platforms is an asset
