Job Description

The Customer Service Officer plays a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience by providing high-quality, compassionate support to patients, their families, and visitors. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving concerns, guiding patients through hospital procedures, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.

  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, visiting hours, and procedures.

  • Assist patients with registration, admission, and discharge processes.

  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies and privacy laws.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or in a related field fo study

  • Education: 2 years and above work experience

  • Health background is a plus.

  • Afaan Oromoo  writing, reading, listening, and speaking is an asset
