Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Personalities: - Ensure parts sales activities at the counters (parts retail sales & parts transfer to workshop) are done as per the company operational guidelines. - Provide technical support for parts sales representative & counter sales persons at the customer (front) counter and workshop counter on parts identification & selling skills of genuine parts. - Plan, direct, coordinate and control part sales and related activities to ensure a constant increasing of sales, expanding market share and ensuring profitability while maintaining existing customers and attracting more potential customers.
