Now Moti is looking for a competent Planning & Monitoring Division head for immediate vacant filling.
The Senior Account Officer is responsible for overseeing key client accounts, driving sales performance, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. This role involves managing high-value clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals and work aligned with the company's business strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Sales Account Officer will collaborate with the Sales team, presales Team, and Vendor teams to drive revenue growth and manage key client accounts. This includes client engagement, sales pipeline management, contract negotiation, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The Senior Sales Account Officer will actively seek new business opportunities, convert leads into contracts, and ensure sales targets are met in alignment with the company’s business strategy. Additionally, they will leverage their networks and develop new partnerships to expand market reach and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage a portfolio of high-value/key clients, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing business growth.
Drive sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts and potential leads.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Monitor and analyze account performance, sales data, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, product) to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales plans and forecasts.
Mentor and support junior account officers in their client management and sales efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and pricing structures.
Report to: Sales Division Manager

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven working experience in sales and account management, or a relevant role, preferably in a senior role. With a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, engineering or related field.
Additional certifications of project management, data analytics are a plus.
Organizational Alignment
Reports to the Sales Division Manager.
Works closely with the procurement, operations, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
