Carry out routine maintenances & regularly inspect, repair and replace all building components and appliances as per duty assigned by team leader.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance request of building occupants & office users as per assignment given by team leader

• Monitor the works of maintenance contractors during the execution of their work in line with the departmental guidelines.

• Control and check the proper functioning of all building components and facilities.

• Carefully handle hand tools, measuring instruments and others that company provide for implementation of tasks.

• Wear and properly utilize PPE, Confirm the implementation of all workplace health and safety procedures, rules in the section.

• Carryout routine maintenance & regularly inspect, repair and replace all building components and appliances

• Participate in any emergency repair works assigned by team leaders

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

• Good diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Awareness of safety and food hygiene practice

Education

• The position requires a minimum of TVET Level 2 or Level 3 and CoC General Mechanics or Building Technology or Manufacturing Technology or related fields

Experience

• 4 or 2 years’ respective relevant experience
