Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate mixing and blending machines
Read and interpret mixing instructions and recipes
Measure and load ingredients into mixer machines
Monitor mixing processes to ensure even and thorough blending
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
Maintain accurate production records and logs
Conduct quality control tests on mixed products
Adjust machinery settings to optimize mix quality
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and production schedules
Inspect raw materials for quality and consistency
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
Calibrate measuring devices and machinery settings as needed
Job Requirements
TEVET graduate and 2 years' experience
