Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and operational audits to assess the company's internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Review and evaluate financial statements, reports, and records for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Identify areas of financial risk and recommend improvements in internal control systems.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Interact with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure audit objectives are met.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations affecting auditing practices.
• Participate in the development and improvement of audit methodologies and processes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years in a similar role with proven experience in auditing,  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an audit team.
• Familiarity with auditing software and tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
