Job Description
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the G/manager/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for G/manager.
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of G/manager Performs office tasks including maintaining records.
Performs additional duties as assigned by G/manager.

Educational background
Secretarial science Or management BA degree/Diploma
Work Experience
4 years relevant experience 2 years in executive secretarial For BA degree
6 years relevant experience 2 years in executive secretarial For Diploma
