Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Human Capital and General Services (HC/GS) teams across  recruitment, employee relations, and administrative operations

• Resolve real-time operational challenges including shift coverage gaps, facility breakdowns, and security incidents

• Overhaul performance management systems to retain top talent in a demanding manufacturing setting

• Design and implement stress-resilience and engagement programs tailored for factory staff

• Streamline leave tracking, attendance, and compliance processes

• Optimize facilities, transportation, security, and vendor management with crisis-ready protocols

• Support rapid scaling for new production lines and expansions

Job Requirement:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

• above 2 years of leadership experience in HR/GS within manufacturing,

• Proven experience handling union negotiations, mass recruitment, and facility emergencies

• Demonstrated success in reducing turnover and improving employee engagement in high-attrition settings

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities under pressure

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
